What to do if a girl's testosterone level is too high

Testosterone is an important hormone in women's bodies, and this hormone determines women's fertility. If women's testosterone is normal, then women may be harmed. High testosterone will also make our women have some male characteristics. High testosterone needs to be treated in time, but many people have no knowledge of this testosterone, so they don't know how to deal with it. So what should we do when we face this high testosterone? Let's take a look at it together:

Excessively high ketone levels have a certain impact on pregnancy, but most women can become pregnant naturally after treatment. What should girls do if their testosterone level is too high? Under normal circumstances, the testosterone in women's blood cells is stable within a certain range. If it exceeds the standard value, it indicates the possibility of disease. During the follicular phase of a normal menstrual cycle, the average blood testosterone concentration is 0.43 ng/ml, with an upper limit of 0.68 ng/ml. If it exceeds 0.7 ng/ml (equivalent to 2.44 nmol/L), it is called hypertestosteronuria, or hyperandrogenuria.

The uterus, ovaries, adrenal glands, etc. can all produce cholesterol from formic acid, or digest and absorb cholesterol from the blood as a cultivation matrix to produce steroid hormones, which are metabolized into the blood circulation system. The main androgens in the blood circulation system include dehydroepiandrosterone thiocyanate, dehydroepiandrosterone, androstenedione, testosterone and dihydrotestosterone. Hypertestosteronuria is caused by excessive levels of these growth hormones, especially testosterone, in the blood.

The most common causes of increased testosterone include polycystic ovary syndrome, accounting for about 34%, followed by hyperactivity of the adrenal glands, accounting for about 29%; thirdly, it can be seen in ovarian hyperplasia and adrenal hyperplasia; in addition, in the case of hyperinsulinuria, the uterus and ovaries will be stimulated to secrete a large amount of androgen, resulting in testosterone hyperuria; about 28% of the causes are unknown.

The reason for excessive androgen in blood cells is mostly due to excessive metabolism of the uterus, ovaries or adrenal glands; it may also be caused by abnormal venous conversion; it is due to the disorder of cofactors in the process of steroid hormone microbial production, such as the lack of aromatase, androstenedione cannot be converted into estrone, and testosterone cannot be converted into estradiol, resulting in excessive accumulation of androstenedione, especially testosterone; 60% of testosterone is tightly bound to beta-protein in the blood, called testosterone-estradiol fused blood protein (TEBG), about 38% (mainly androstenedione) is fused with human albumin, and free testosterone accounts for only 2%, but it is specific. What should girls do if their testosterone level is too high? If TEBG-fused estradiol increases and fused testosterone decreases, the free testosterone in the blood will increase; the hyperglargine insulinuria caused by insulin resistance can stimulate the uterus and ovaries to secrete a large amount of androgen.

If a woman finds that her testosterone level is too high, then according to what we described above, she can make timely improvements and treatments, so that the risk will be reduced. However, if a woman's testosterone level is too high, it will have a great impact on her fertility, so she must be treated in time and not let it affect her fertility. When treating high testosterone, she should also pay attention to letting go of her emotions to cope with the treatment.
