There is dead skin on the nipple

Breasts are an area that women should pay special attention to. Breasts are considered to be more sensitive and are prone to breast problems. Nowadays, more and more people are suffering from breast diseases. Caring for breasts starts with cleaning the breasts. Women should be careful when taking a bath and not use cleansing appliances to clean the breasts casually. Incorrect cleaning methods are harmful to the breasts. So how do you clean the calluses on your nipples?

How to clean nipple calluses?

Women may rub their breasts, but often forget about their nipples. After becoming an adult, women's nipples and breasts will always have some secretions. If they are not cleaned frequently, it will cause odor, and in severe cases it may cause inflammation.

Nipple callus refers to the condition of keratinization of the nipple skin caused by mild inflammation of the nipple, excessive stimulation of bathing detergents, long-term lack of bathing, etc.

Never squeeze your breasts or pick your nipples at will to avoid cracks and infection. Clean your nipples, breasts, and nipples frequently. Do not use soap or other strong cleaning products to rub your nipples when taking a bath.

Because there are many glands on the nipples, they secrete oil-like substances, which can protect the skin, but can also cause stains, swelling, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain daily breast cleaning.

How to clean nipple calluses? When taking a bath, soak the nipples in warm water for a while. After the dry skin is softened, gently pinch it away. When cleaning, use the nipple as the center, do a rotary massage, and gently rub off the calluses on it.

If you want to clean it thoroughly, use a mild and non-irritating cleanser to clean the nipples. Be sure to rinse with cold water afterwards to prevent residual substances from accumulating in the more sensitive breast cells and causing breast blockage.

How to take care of nipples during breastfeeding

1. Breastfeeding should be painless. Ignoring breast pain may lead to serious infection.

2. If you use soap, it may cause cracks on the skin of the breast, so only use cold water to clean the breast.

3. Using a bra of good quality and good support can make you more comfortable. If the bra is wet, replace it in time or use a hair dryer to dry it, because a wet environment may cause breast cracks or skin allergies. If skin allergy occurs, using a medical bra that allows ventilation around the breasts can improve the situation.

4. Check your breasts every day to see if there is any swelling or other abnormalities. If you find that your breasts are hot or swollen, be sure to consult a doctor.
