And depending on your medical insurance status, the city you live in, the level of the hospital, etc., they are all different. Generally, there are many types of B-ultrasound, including black and white, colorful, three-dimensional, and four-dimensional. The price of each one is different, and the price in each region is also different. For example, the black and white one only costs 20 yuan in some areas, while the colorful one costs 60 or 70 yuan. In the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province, it usually costs 60 to 8 yuan for black and white ultrasounds, and 120 to 16 yuan for B ultrasounds.

What are the items in the B-ultrasound examination before pregnancy?

Uterus: Three diameters need to be measured accurately, the longitudinal diameter of the uterus, the thickness diameter, and the front-back, left-right diameters.

1. Accurate measurement of the longitudinal diameter (left and right diameter) of the uterus:

(1) Accurately measure the cross section: sagittal cross section of the uterus. The information should be clearly displayed in the front and back double-layer symmetrical cross-section from the uterine fundus to the internal cervical os, the myometrium, and the uterine wall.

(2) Precise measurement location: Uterine body: the distance between the edge of the uterine fundus and the middle of the internal os of the cervix. Cervix: The distance between the internal os of the cervix and the external os of the cervix.

(3) Standard values: uterine body 5.0 ± 1.0 cm, cervix 2.5-3.0 cm.

2. Accurate measurement of uterine thickness (upper and lower diameter):

(1) Accurately measure the cross section: uterine coronary artery cross section. The uterus should be sectioned in half and the measurement should be performed in the middle of the uterus when the image is an oval cross-section (not in a triangular shape).

(2) Accurate measurement location: based on the larger upper and lower diameter of the uterus.

(3) Standard value: 4.3 ± 0.73 cm.

3. Accurately measure the front-to-back and left-to-right diameters of the uterus (also accurately measure the distance between the front-to-back and left-to-right double-layer edges of the uterine wall):

(1) Accurately measure the cross section: the same as the accurate measurement of the longitudinal diameter of the uterus.

(2) Accurate measurement position: perpendicular to the longitudinal meridian of the uterus, accurately measure the maximum front-to-back and left-to-right distance.

(3) Standard value: 4.3 ± 0.9 cm.

Uterus and ovaries: Three diameters also need to be accurately measured: the longitudinal diameter, the thickness diameter, and the anterior-posterior, lateral and left-right diameters.

01. Accurately measure the cross section: Similar to the cross section of the uterus, measure the longitudinal diameter, thickness diameter, and anteroposterior diameter. When the uterus and ovaries are difficult to distinguish, let the patient lie flat on an oblique position, and perform an ultrasound scan of the opposite side of the uterus and ovaries through the blood flow bladder for accurate measurement.

02. Accurate measurement location: based on the larger diameter of the uterus and ovaries.

03. Standard value: Because the size of the ovary is related to factors such as age, the common volume formula is: long periodontal width x periodontal thickness/2. Normally it should be less than 6ml. The size of an adult woman's ovary is about 4cm, with a periorbital area of 3cm and a periorbital area of 1cm.

04. Observe and identify whether the uterus is developed and whether it is complete and the ovulation period.
