Women's waist pain

Women's waist pain

Many women often feel back pain, so they will see a doctor to see if there is any problem with their waist. However, some women do not have problems with their waist, but suffer from gynecological diseases. For example, pelvic inflammatory disease can cause back pain. Therefore, doctors will recommend patients to have a gynecological examination to understand the cause of the disease.

Women with low back pain need to be careful about the following types of gynecological diseases:

1. Genitourinary system infection

Due to their anatomical and physiological characteristics, women are susceptible to urinary and reproductive system infections, such as acute and chronic pyelonephritis, gonorrhea, cervicitis, and cervical erosion.

2. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

This disease is the most common cause of low back pain in women. It is common for women to develop acute pelvic inflammation after cesarean section, ovarian cyst removal or appendicitis, which is caused by failure to receive timely treatment. It is characterized by three major symptoms: low back pain, intermittent pain in the lower abdomen, and excessive leucorrhea. Low back pain is caused by an increase in inflammatory exudate, which leads to pelvic adhesions, which seriously affects daily life and physical and mental health. Therefore, it is very important to ensure early diagnosis of diseases and early prevention of diseases.

3. Abnormal position of the uterus

The normal uterus is located in a slightly extended and flexed position, and the surrounding cruciate ligaments move easily. When the uterus is retroflexed or tilted, adhesions will form due to inflammation of the uterus and surrounding areas, causing tractional low back pain. This condition often occurs after frequent abortions, multiple births or other uterine surgeries. Uterine prolapse, slippage, or adhesion to the abdomen can stretch the cruciate ligament and cause low back pain. There is no specific treatment for this type of low back pain, but correcting uterine prolapse and changing posture can alleviate the symptoms.

4. Fatigue during pregnancy and postpartum period

During pregnancy, as the fetus grows gradually, the ligaments of the pregnant woman's lumbar and pelvic joints relax, and the weight of the uterus increases, causing the center of gravity of the body to shift. In order to maintain the body's balance, the waist is often raised forward. If you do not pay attention to rest, it is easy to cause low back pain. During pregnancy, the baby's development requires sufficient nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus. If the intake of nutrients in the diet is insufficient, it can cause the pregnant woman's bones to grow, become soft and decalcified, and also cause low back pain. Excessive bleeding during the postpartum period, working too early, being overtired, or catching a cold can also cause low back pain.

5. Abnormalities in the contraceptive ring

This disease is a factor that cannot be ignored in causing low back pain in women. Abnormalities in the contraceptive ring include the model and specifications of the contraceptive ring not matching the uterine cavity, the contraceptive ring being too stretchy, or abnormalities in the location of the contraceptive ring. An improperly placed contraceptive ring is lodged in the uterus, irritating the endometrium and causing reflex pain in the lower back. For this matter, the contraceptive ring can be removed and replaced.

Authoritative experts recommend that once you experience lower back pain, you need to have a gynecological examination to see if there are any gynecological problems and prevent them as early as possible. I hope the above detailed introduction will be helpful to many female friends.
