3. Cuttlefish porridge: dried cuttlefish, rice, oyster mushrooms, and hairy bamboo shoots, in appropriate amounts. After cleaning them, add water, cuttlefish, and rice wine. Boil until the fish is rotten, then add rice, oyster mushrooms, and hairy bamboo shoots to cook porridge. When the porridge is ready, add various seasonings. 4. Fish bladder and oyster mushroom soup: fish bladder, oyster mushroom, leek, egg, salt, appropriate amounts. Wash and prepare all the food, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add fish maw, oyster mushrooms and black fungus. After the fire is boiled, simmer for about 3 minutes, then pour in egg white and leek pieces, add salt and stir.
