Small blisters at the vaginal opening

Small blisters at the vaginal opening

What causes small blisters at the vagina? This symptom has become more and more common among women. People don’t know what it is, which makes women feel very worried. So, today we will understand together what is the reason for small blisters at the vulva?

Multiple locations of the entire squamous epithelium-covered area from the cervix to the anus present with multicentric lesions, which can invade the uterine cavity in severe cases. Cervical warts mostly occur in the transitional zone of the cervix, single or multiple, and may be combined. They are somewhat similar to papillary epithelial hyperplasia, but standard loops can be seen in the transparent subepithelial tissue. With the help of a colposcopy with a high-power magnifying glass, it can be found that about 1/3 of women with private warts have vaginal warts. Vaginal warts are often multiple, common in the upper 1/3 and lower 1/3 of the vagina.

The lesions are mainly manifested as raised, dense white protrusions, sometimes as a raised, avascular keratinized soft plaque. One of the characteristics of vaginal warts is that they can disappear spontaneously, especially after the treatment of cervical and private parts. Private warts are most common, usually soft, pink or gray, vascular, sessile growths, with multiple finger-like protrusions on the surface. They are mostly seen in wet and cold places and places where friction occurs during sexual intercourse, such as the vulva, vulva, urethral orifice, and hymen is broken. They can also spread to other parts of the private parts or around the anus. Warts in non-mucosal areas are more keratinized, similar to common warts. Female genital warts are mostly asymptomatic, but sometimes there may be itching, pain, bleeding during intercourse, and vaginal discharge.

Symptoms of vulvitis:

1. Symptoms:

The common symptoms are itching, burning and pain in the private area, which are aggravated during activities, sexual intercourse and after urination. Acute symptoms include swelling, hematoma, scarring, inflammation, itching and pain, fissures and lichenification in the private area. Some patients have swelling, hematoma, erosion and a patch of eczema on the inner side of the labia minora.

2. Classification: Common vulvitis in women mainly includes the following categories:

(1) Nonspecific vulvitis: Irritating physical and chemical factors in daily life, lack of hygiene, and weak physical constitution can all cause the female vulva to be invaded by bacteria, resulting in vulvitis, such as cervicitis and Trichomonas vaginitis; or wearing polyester underwear with poor breathability causes excessive female secretions and irritation of the private parts; urine soaking the private parts; using unclean sanitary napkins and toilet paper to cause private part infection, etc. These factors all play a role in the growth and reproduction of bacteria in the vulva. However, since this type of vulvitis is not caused by specific pathogens, but more often mixed infections such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli, it is called nonspecific vulvitis.

(2) Fungal vulvitis: Vulvitis caused by a type of yeast infection, often coexisting with fungal vaginitis.

(3) Infant vulvitis: After 15 days of birth, various fungi grow in the vagina of a newborn baby. In addition, because the baby's external reproductive organs are immature, the ability to resist bacterial infection is poor. In addition, the private parts are easily soaked in urine and polluted by feces. Children like to sit anywhere. These are all reasons for infection and can cause infant vulvitis.
