What is the cause of the hard lump in the breast?

What causes a lump to feel in the breast? When people find a lump in their breast, their first thought is whether they have breast cancer? Because I don't know enough about breast lumps, I also have inexplicable concerns and think it is a symptom of breast cancer. Today we are going to discuss why there are lumps in the breasts?

(1) Breast lumps, accompanied by mild tenderness. Most of the lumps are close to the breast and are often limited to one side. The lump becomes cystic as it expands and has a fluctuating feel when it is close. It is related to the menstrual cycle and is considered to be breast hyperplasia.

(2) Women aged 40-50 years have bright red persistent discharge from the nipple and no breast pain, but a soft, painful lump the size of a large cherry can be felt around the nipple. When the lump is pushed, persistent discharge occurs. After the liquid is discharged, the lump becomes smaller and the pain disappears. This is an abnormal papilloma in the milk duct.

(3) Lumps that are neither soft nor hard, have unclear boundaries, and do not cause dull pain during breastfeeding are mostly caused by breast adenoma.

(4) It is common in hypertrophic breasts. It has a smooth surface, soft texture, clear boundaries, and is painless to the touch. It is a breast lipoma.

(5) Regular premenstrual breast pain, multiple lumpy lumps in the breast, circular, hard lumps with unclear boundaries, can be promoted, nipple discharge of light green, dark brown or stubborn fluid, abnormalities of cystic breast hyperplasia.
