How long does it take for a menstrual period to detect early pregnancy?

Some first-time mothers do not know when they are pregnant. In fact, they can detect pregnancy with a test strip after menstruation. Because in the early stages of pregnancy, women should pay attention to rest, not do energy-consuming things, and gradually reduce the frequency of sex to provide the fetus with a good environment. So how long after amenorrhea can pregnancy be detected? Learn about it according to the following.

How long after amenorrhea can pregnancy be detected

Women can use test strips for testing more than 7 days after menopause. Under normal circumstances, there are two kinds of results: put urine into the test hole on the pregnancy test paper. If a line appears in the contrast area of the pregnancy test paper (some pregnancy test papers appear red, and some pregnancy test papers appear dark blue), it means no pregnancy. On the contrary, if two obvious lines appear in the test area, it means positive, indicating pregnancy. Ladies are reminded to use morning urine for pregnancy test, as the results are more accurate. After the lady has finished the test, she should go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound test immediately.

What are the symptoms of early pregnancy

1. The menstrual period ends. If a couple has sex around the ovulation period, does not use contraceptive methods, and has a normal menstrual cycle, but suddenly experiences amenorrhea for more than 5 days, they may be pregnant.

2. Nausea and retching. Many pregnant women will experience morning sickness starting around the 5th week of pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting in the morning, afternoon and evening, without any reason;

3. The breasts are swollen, tender and painful. After one or two months of pregnancy, the breasts will become larger and softer. Due to the stimulation of pregnancy, the pregnant woman's body will produce a lot of estrogen and corpus luteum copper, causing the breast ducts to begin to grow, so the breasts will enlarge;

4. Excessive vaginal discharge. During pregnancy, the body's estrogen levels increase gradually as the pregnancy progresses. Estrogen can promote the secretion of mucus in the glandular ducts of the cervix and uterine wall. The blood volume in the private parts, vagina, and cervix of pregnant women is abundant, and the tissue water increases, so the secretion also increases;

5. Mild vaginal bleeding. The combination of sperm and egg will implant the embryo in the uterus within 6-12 days after pregnancy. At this time, the pregnant woman may have mild vaginal bleeding. If vaginal bleeding is mild and there are no serious discomfort symptoms, pregnant women do not need to worry;

6. Poor appetite. Loss of appetite may occur as early as 2 weeks into pregnancy. Since the metabolism of flavonoids will reduce the functions of many human systems and affect the digestive tract, it may sometimes cause constipation and indigestion.

7. Physical fatigue. During early pregnancy, some women's bodies secrete a growth hormone that acts like a local anesthetic. Its main ingredient is luteal copper, which increases the basic body temperature, causing pregnant women to lack energy.

Seven days after the menstrual period ends, women can use a test strip to detect pregnancy. And in the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women also have many symptoms, such as dizziness, headaches, etc. They must pay attention to rest and not do physical labor. They can eat more nutritious vegetables and fruits. In addition, you need to go to the hospital to create a health management file and check the growth and development of the fetus at every stage.
