How to measure ovulation most accurately

How to measure ovulation most accurately

Because the chance of pregnancy is highest when having sex during the ovulation period, many women who are preparing for pregnancy monitor their ovulation during this period. There are many ways to monitor ovulation. The simplest one is to measure the body temperature during ovulation, and the other is to observe the degree of metal drawing of secretions. But relatively speaking, the accuracy of these two methods is not that high.

There are two methods with higher accuracy. The first is to use ovulation pregnancy test paper. When the ovulation test paper shows a strong positive type, it means that the ovulation period has arrived, and you can have sex at this stage. In addition, according to the development of B-ultrasound follicle monitoring, when the uterus is found to be well developed and complete under B-ultrasound, it is also the most accurate ovulation period. The effect of monitoring ovulation through these two methods is the most accurate, but it is only slightly inconvenient.

Nowadays, a more convenient way to check ovulation is to use ovulation test strips. During the ovulation period, the ovulation test paper may be positive. You can also choose to measure your body temperature during ovulation, when your body temperature can rise. The ovulation period can also be judged based on the active symptoms during the ovulation period. The ovulation period is about 14 days before the next menarche. During the ovulation period, female secretions increase, which may be transparent, shiny, and flocculent, and usually lasts for one to two days. If conditions permit, the growth and development of the follicles can also be monitored under ultrasound.

The most accurate way to detect ovulation is to use ovulation test strips and ultrasonic monitoring of ovulation. Ovulation test strips can be purchased at pharmacies and tested in the middle and late stages of the menstrual period. If the ovulation test paper shows a positive result, it means that ovulation is likely to occur within 24 hours. Ultrasound monitoring of ovulation begins on the 10th day of the menstrual cycle. Depending on the situation, you can choose to follow up with ultrasound on the 2nd day or the 1st day. Ultrasound can be used to observe whether there is a mature follicle and the size of the egg, and further guide the couple's sexual life. The above two methods are relatively accurate.
