Genital warts, also known as genital warts or venereal warts, are a reproductive tract infection caused by human papillomavirus infection. The dangerous period is around 3 months, the shortest is 3 weeks, the longest is more than 8 months, with an average of 3 months. It mainly affects sexually active people, with a peak incidence rate of 20 to 30 years old. The incidence depends largely on the amount of virus vaccinated and the body's specific immune capacity. Clinically, it manifests as hard thorns with a wet surface, hence the name.

The medical history of male patients may include itching, bleeding after traumatic friction, and foul odor after secondary infection of large warts. Condyloma acuminatum in the urethral orifice is generally asymptomatic, but prolonged damage can cause hematuria, and large warts can cause urinary tract obstruction. Common clinical damage includes papules, keratinized soft plaques, nipple-like or cauliflower-like growths, scattered or combined. The same patient often has a variety of manifestations, with colors ranging from pink to gray, depending on the overflow of individual nipple capillaries, of different sizes, and mostly soft in color. They are most common in the coronal sulcus, foreskin, glans penis, frenulum, urethral orifice, genital body, around the anus and scrotum. Nipple-like or cauliflower-like warts mainly occur in wet and cold areas.

Such as the foreskin cavity, urethral orifice and anus, annular papular warts are mainly located in dry places, such as the genital trunk and hairy vulva. The color may be skin color or pigmentation. Flat keratinized soft plaques are sessile, with a rough surface, slightly higher than the soft skin, and have varying degrees of pigmentation. Some experts and scholars have pointed out that obvious dark brown or dark gray pigmentation indicates poor keratinization and a puncture biopsy should be performed. Most of them are secondary urethral orifice injuries, and some patients are related to the use of immunosuppressants.

In women, the lesions often invade multiple locations of the entire squamous epithelial-covered area from the cervix to the anus, presenting as multicentric lesions. In severe cases, the uterine cavity may be invaded. Cervical warts mostly occur in the transitional zone of the cervix. They may be solitary or multiple and may be combined. They are somewhat similar to papillary epithelial hyperplasia, but standard loops can be seen in the transparent subepithelial tissue. With the help of a colposcopy with a high-power magnifying glass, it can be found that about 1/3 of women with private warts have vaginal warts. Vaginal warts are often multiple, common in the upper and lower thirds of the vagina. The lesions are mainly manifested as elevated, dense white bumps, sometimes as a raised, avascular keratinized soft plaque. One of the characteristics of vaginal warts is that they can disappear spontaneously.

Especially after the treatment of cervical and private parts diseases, private parts condyloma acuminatum is the most common. They are generally soft, pink or grayish white, vascular sessile growths with multiple finger-like protrusions on the surface. They are mostly seen in wet and cold places and places where there is friction during sexual intercourse, such as the vulva, vulva, urethral orifice, and ruptured hymen. They can also spread to other parts of the private parts or around the anus. Condyloma acuminatum in non-mucosal areas is more keratinized, similar to common warts. Female condyloma acuminatum is mostly asymptomatic, but sometimes there may be itching, pain, bleeding during intercourse, and female discharge.
