Very few menstruation, almost no

There are usually many factors that cause very infrequent menstruation, including the presence of polyps in the uterus and blood stasis, and it may even be related to one's own qi and blood deficiency.

1. Uterine polyps: Usually due to the body's own secretory dysfunction and inflammatory stimulation, the tumors will cause abnormal menstrual flow, thereby reducing menstrual flow and even causing dysmenorrhea when menstruation comes. It is necessary to go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination in time. The polyps can also be removed under endoscopic examination to reduce stimulation to the uterus.

2. Menstrual blood stasis: It is usually caused by inflammation in the uterus, eating cold food for a long time, or being in a cold state that affects local blood flow. In addition to causing a decrease in menstrual volume, it may even cause severe abdominal pain and affect the discharge of eggs, causing infertility. It needs to be improved by taking blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs, which is conducive to alleviating symptoms.

3. Qi and blood deficiency: This may be caused by insufficient Qi and blood in the body due to long-term illness or childbirth, and may even cause symptoms of spontaneous sweating, palpitations and insomnia. You need to go to a Chinese medicine hospital for a comprehensive examination in time. You can also take Chinese patent medicines that nourish Yin, replenish Qi and blood, including red dates and donkey-hide gelatin, which can help alleviate your symptoms and restore your menstruation to normal.
