A small amount of bleeding when wiping the vulva

There are many reasons for women's vulva to have blood. First of all, we should understand whether it is a physiological reason or a symptom reason. Apart from menstrual reasons, the most common one is inflammation of the urinary system. When women have some Trichomonas vaginitis or inflammation of the urinary and reproductive systems, it is easy to cause such a situation. Of course, endocrine imbalance or tumors may also cause this situation, so you should go to the hospital for a physical examination in time.

There is blood on private parts when wiping with paper

1. Endocrine imbalance

For this type of bleeding caused by endocrine imbalance, the organic cause is generally eliminated first. For example, if women of childbearing age have vaginal bleeding, it is necessary to check whether there is a history of improper contraception and other diseases of the reproductive organs. Relevant endocrine tests can be done, usually including acid-fast staining of vaginal cytology and pathological examination of the uterine wall. If the bleeding occurs during menopause, in addition to the possibility of malignant tumors, it may also be caused by endocrine disorders. The metabolism of estrogen in the uterus and ovaries is reduced, but adrenaline can replace the metabolism. In addition, there is also a possibility that it is the result of exogenous medication.

2. Tumor

Non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina and both benign and malignant tumors of the male reproductive organs may be the "culprits". For example, submucosal uterine fibroids and intramural fibroids can cause heavy menstrual flow. Malignant tumors in the vagina, cervix, and uterine body can cause a small amount of bleeding, or bleeding after menopause. In addition, if you suffer from uterine ovarian granulosa cell tumor, which causes excessive estrogen metabolism, you may also experience menorrhagia, non-menstrual vaginal bleeding, and postmenopausal bleeding. B-ultrasound examination can help with diagnosis.

3. Genital inflammation

This type of inflammation does not cause a lot of bleeding, and there is often an abnormal increase in leucorrhea. Vulvar inflammation, ulcers, and urethral meatus may also cause a small amount of bleeding. Candidal vaginitis, candidal vaginitis and senile vaginitis are the more common types of Trichomonas vaginitis. The first two are accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea, and the latter is usually manifested as postmenopausal bleeding. Cervicitis can also cause contact bleeding, especially when there are cervical polyps. In addition to considering cervical cancer, cervical ulcers should also exclude syphilis and tuberculosis. Endometrial inflammation often occurs after miscarriage and full-term delivery, and there will be more bloody leucorrhea. In addition, pelvic inflammation may also be combined with menorrhagia and irregular bleeding.

4. Pregnancy related

Women of childbearing age need to pay attention to whether there is abnormal tissue in their menstruation. When seeking medical treatment, it is best to send the "meat-like substance" mixed in the blood to the hospital for pathological examination to determine whether it is a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or hydatidiform mole.

5. Related to contraceptive measures

Irregular use of some female birth control pills or movement of the intrauterine contraceptive ring can also cause non-menstrual bleeding.

6. Systemic diseases

Excessive menstruation or abnormal uterine bleeding may also be caused by this disease, such as nephritis, sepsis, aplastic anemia, etc.

7. Trauma

If there is damage to the private parts or vagina, or there is a foreign object in the vagina, it will cause bleeding. If the bleeding occurs after sexual intercourse, you may first consider whether it is cervical cancer. In addition, cervicitis and senile vaginitis are also possible. For some postmenopausal women, the estrogen level in their bodies decreases, the vaginal mucosa becomes more sensitive, and they are more prone to injury and bleeding.
