3. Stretching exercises during pregnancy. Lie flat on your back, bend your knees at a 45-degree angle and stand up, with your back and feet pressed against the floor. Maintain this posture, then raise your abdomen as much as possible to arch the spine, back and waist muscles, and then return to the original posture. Since the fourth month of pregnancy, I have been doing it twice a day, three times each time. By repeating this exercise, you can relax and contract the pelvic and waist muscles, and soften the birth canal muscles. At home or in a car, you can also do the same posture while squatting.
