The lump that grows on the anus during pregnancy should be called hemorrhoids. Generally speaking, hemorrhoids occur in pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy. This is mainly because the pregnant woman's belly is getting bigger and bigger, and the uterus will press on several other parts, just like the uterus presses on the anus, causing hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids in pregnant women can be removed through surgery after giving birth. However, during pregnancy, it is best not to have surgery and eat less spicy food. Hemorrhoids are divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids according to the location of occurrence. There is a jagged visible line at the junction of the anal canal skin and the rectal mucosa called the anal dentate line. Hemorrhoids above the dentate line are internal hemorrhoids. They are caused by pathological changes or displacement of the supporting structure of the anal cushions, venous plexus and arteriovenous anastomoses, and are covered with the rectal mucosa. Due to the contraction of the internal sphincter, the anal cushions are divided into three parts by the Y-shaped groove: the left side, right front side, and right back side. Therefore, internal hemorrhoids are commonly found on the left side, right front side and right back side. Below the dentate line are external hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids covered with anal canal mucosa can be divided into connective tissue external hemorrhoids, varicose external hemorrhoids, and thrombosed external hemorrhoids. Mixed hemorrhoids are those with both internal and external hemorrhoids. They are formed by the fusion of internal hemorrhoids with corresponding external hemorrhoids through the venous plexus, that is, the anastomosis of the upper and lower venous plexuses. When mixed hemorrhoids protrude from the anus and take on a plum blossom shape, they are called annular hemorrhoids. If they are incarcerated by the sphincter, they form incarcerated hemorrhoids. 1. Combine meat and vegetables to reduce the occurrence of hemorrhoids or alleviate symptoms. Proper coarseness and fineness: In terms of diet, you should pay attention to not overeating both meat and vegetables, and balance coarse and fine grains appropriately, so that the stool will not be loose or dry. 2. Regular bowel movements, avoid holding back or straining: Develop a good habit of regular bowel movements, do not hold back the urge to defecate, do not strain, and reduce the symptoms of congestion in the anorectal area. 3. Combine work and rest: In work and life, you should combine work and rest. Excessive fatigue, heavy lifting, or squatting for a long time, sitting for a long time, etc. can cause congestion or lack of activity in the anorectal veins, resulting in varicose veins. |
