3. Menstrual period

This discomfort is caused by the increase of estrogen in the body. Generally speaking, this symptom will gradually disappear soon after the menstrual period ends.

4. Underwear is too tight

If you wear inappropriate underwear, underwear that is too tight, or if you exercise with great force, your nipples will immediately rub against the underwear and you will feel pain.

5. Breast inflammation

Suffering from breast diseases, or nipple inflammation and swelling during breastfeeding, can cause nipple pain. Once this happens, you need to see a doctor immediately.
