This can be done independently through an early pregnancy test. If your menstruation is delayed for more than ten days, test your morning urine to confirm whether you are pregnant. Reason 3: Ovarian decline

For women over 35 years old, or even around 50 years old, amenorrhea may be caused by ovarian failure, because reduced estrogen secretion can cause irregular menstruation.

The cause of amenorrhea in women who have not reached menopause is related to their daily lifestyle. This type of delayed menstruation is mainly affected by their own mentality, living environment, mental stress, etc.
