The most fertile day of ovulation

The most fertile day of ovulation

The first seven days and the last eight days of the menstrual period are safe and belong to the dangerous period. Ovulation is generally the day between two menstrual periods. It is easiest to get pregnant 7 days before and after ovulation, because the egg released by a woman can survive in the vagina for about 3 days, and the sperm of a man can survive for about 4 days.

How many days of ovulation is it easy to get pregnant

For a woman to successfully become pregnant, an egg must be released into the body, and the egg and sperm must meet and fuse successfully to finally conceive a baby. On the contrary, if a woman does not ovulate or misses the ovulation period, then no matter how many sperms and sexual intercourse there are, pregnancy cannot be achieved. Since the survival time of male sperm is generally about 3 days, if you have sex three days before the egg is released, the male sperm may reach the female cervix and wait in advance. At this time, the female egg can be pregnant after it is released. Because the survival time of the egg cell is 1 to 3 days, in other words, after the egg cell is discharged, within the next 3 days, the egg cell waits for the sperm to fuse with it, and finally achieves the purpose of pregnancy.

The calculation method of ovulation period is as follows:

1. Cervical mucus method: In the hospital's gynecology department, the cervical mucus is checked to determine whether the woman is in the ovulation period.

2. Ovulation temperature method: Measure your body temperature every morning after waking up. Under normal circumstances, your body temperature is lower in the first half of your period, and even lower during the ovulation period, and will slowly rise after the ovulation period.

3. Menstrual period calculation method: Many women do not know when their ovulation period is. Use the following formula to calculate.

It is very easy to calculate after testing for a period of time. The calculation method is: First day of ovulation: number of days in menstrual cycle minus 18 days Last day of ovulation: number of days in menstrual cycle minus 11 days Properly grasping the ovulation period is very important for young women: if you want to have a baby, start on the first day of ovulation, maintain the frequency of sexual life every two days, and persist for several months. If there are no special circumstances, you will usually get pregnant. Women who don't want to get pregnant need to miss having sex in the past few days. At this time, the ovulation period will be called another term: safe period.

Conditions for women to get pregnant quickly

1. Normal ovulation period. A woman has two ovaries and normal, complete eggs are released every month. The eggs are released into the pelvis and picked up by the ends of the fallopian tubes. The time of ovulation for women is approximately on the 14th to 15th day of the menstrual cycle, which is 14 days before the next menarche. The eggs live for about 16 to 24 hours after being released.

2. Growth hormone metabolized by the uterus and ovaries, which is essential for maintaining the growth and development of eggs and test tube embryos. The growth and development of egg cells requires the nutrients of estrogen secreted by the uterus and ovaries. The luteal substances produced by the uterus and ovaries after ovulation secrete luteal copper, which is particularly important for the maintenance of early pregnancy.

3. The female's cervix must be normal. If the cervix is inflamed, the cervical mucus will be very thick, making it difficult for sperm to enter. Only with a healthy cervix, during ovulation, the cervical mucus discharged becomes clear, and sperm can penetrate into the cervical mucus, be stored in the cervical canal, be released in batches, and swim into the uterus.

4. The woman's fallopian tubes on both sides must be unobstructed and function normally. Only in this way can the sperm and egg meet in the tube for fertilization and transport the test tube embryo to the uterus: the fimbria of the fallopian tubes can collect the egg cells in the pelvic fluid, the sperm and egg fuse in the ampulla of the fallopian tube, and one side of the sperm and egg breaks down into several cells, while the other side of the fallopian tubes runs into the uterine cavity and enters the uterine cavity about 3 days later.
