In fact, if pregnant mothers really can't help it, it's okay to drink a little sometimes, as long as they pay attention to the amount. They can only drink one or two sips, but remember not to drink too often! For non-pregnant women, the general recommendation is that the daily intake of caffeine should not exceed 200 mg, that is, drinking no more than 3 cups of coffee a day (instant coffee, vacuum-packed freshly ground coffee). The caffeine content of different types of freshly ground coffee varies greatly. A normal medium cup (250-280ml) of coffee contains 150 to 200mg of caffeine.

For friends who are already pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, this amount should be lower, no more than 1 cup (instant coffee vacuum packaged freshly ground coffee) per day. And if the pregnant mother drinks freshly ground coffee, the fetus will have a certain reaction. If the pregnant mother obviously feels that the fetus has an excited reaction, that is, when the fetal movement continues to increase, she should immediately stop drinking a lot of coffee. Moreover, the stimulating effect of caffeine on babies is easily observable, which can increase the frequency and strength of fetal movements. The exact nature of this effect is unknown.

In theory, caffeine has the effect of constricting blood vessels and can affect the growth of babies. Therefore, pregnant mothers are advised to reduce the intake of caffeine and guard their mouth. If they really can't help it, they can just drink it occasionally.
