Under normal circumstances, girls usually start menstruating at around the age of eleven to twelve. Girls will have different physical reactions during menstruation due to different physical conditions. Some girls will have early menstruation, while others will have delayed menstruation. So what should girls eat if they don't have their period? If you do not have your period and have a history of having sex, you should first do a blood hcg test, or a urine pregnancy test or color Doppler ultrasound to see if pregnancy is causing the missed period. After the early stage of pregnancy is cleared, you can take medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets once a day, 10 mg each time. You can also inject 10 mg of luteal copper intramuscularly at the same time every day. Continue to take the medicine for 5 days, and usually stop taking it 3-7 days after the menstrual period. If you still don't have your period after taking the medicine through intramuscular injection, it may be caused by low estrogen levels in your body. It is recommended to use sequential estrogen therapy, that is, artificial cycle regulation, under the guidance of a doctor. Is it effective to eat less corpus luteum copper during menstruation? Because the reasons for scanty menstrual flow are different, it is not recommended to blindly take corpus luteum copper for treatment, because corpus luteum copper mainly causes a metabolic reaction in the uterine wall and generally cannot increase menstrual flow. Generally, small menstrual flow may be caused by low estrogen levels, uterine and ovarian endocrine imbalance, and endometrial adhesion. For the scanty menstrual flow caused by low estrogen levels, you can take Bujiale and placenta to treat it. If it is caused by endometrial adhesions, it needs to be treated by separation surgery under hysteroscopy. If women experience a decrease in menstrual flow, oral administration of progesterone copper may not necessarily be effective. Because some women may have developed uterine adhesions after undergoing intrauterine operations, such as abortion or curettage, and their menstrual flow has decreased. Taking progesterone orally cannot promote the growth of the uterine wall and will not improve menstrual volume. In addition, some women have low estrogen levels, which causes reduced menstrual flow and the uterine wall does not grow to a relatively thick level. Small menstrual flow is often accompanied by a thin uterine wall, and simply taking progesterone copper internally is ineffective. The corpus luteum copper causes the proliferation of the interstitial part of the uterine wall, and it is not easy to cause the thickening of the uterine wall and increase the menstrual volume. Therefore, if the menstrual flow decreases, a six-item growth hormone test is performed to determine whether the low estrogen level in the body is causing this. Sometimes it is necessary to take estrogen orally to promote the growth of the uterine wall, so that the amount of menstruation will improve. For women who undergo intrauterine operations, hysteroscopy or pelvic ultrasound is also required to eliminate the possibility of intrauterine adhesions. |
