How to take Letrozole to stimulate ovulation

According to statistics, the incidence rate of infertility is about 10%. At present, due to changes in people's behavior and living habits as well as the impact of air pollution, the incidence rate has a tendency to gradually increase, involving a very large group of people. New ovulation-stimulating drugs have emerged. Furui (letrozole tablets) is one of the many drugs for promoting ovulation. How to take Furui (letrozole tablets) for promoting ovulation?

Letrozole is a new generation aromatase inhibitor, a synthetic benzyltriazole compound, which mainly reduces estrogen levels by inhibiting aromatase, eliminating the negative feedback effect of estrogen on the hypothalamic pituitary and/or adenohypophysial gonadotropin cells, thereby enhancing the secretion of gonadotropin to stimulate uterine development and ovulation.

Letrozole can act on the uterus and ovaries at the same time, blocking the conversion of androgen substrates into estrogen, causing the deposition of androgen in the uterus and ovaries, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the eggs to FSH, promoting egg development and the secretion of estrogen. Moreover, letrozole does not bind to estrogen receptors, so it does not occupy estrogen receptors, thereby avoiding the adverse effects of clomiphene on the uterine wall and cervical mucus.

Randomized group experiments showed that the incidence of possible drug-related side effects was 33% for daily oral administration of 2.5 mg of fureletrozole, most of which were mild or mild to moderate, with nausea and vomiting (2% to 9%), headache (0% to 7%), bone pain (4% to 10%), sweating (0% to 9%) and weight gain (2% to 8%) as the specific manifestations.

The recommended dosage of Furui (letrozole tablets) is once a day, one tablet each time. However, when using letrozole tablets (Furi), we should also pay attention to the following aspects:

Patients with allergic reactions to Furelozolin and its auxiliary materials are prohibited from using Furelozolin. Premenopausal women and patients with severe liver and kidney damage should use it with caution.

Blood This product is used for postmenopausal women. If breastfeeding women need to use this product, they should pay attention to the potential risks of this product to the fetus;

It is added that a very small number of patients have abnormal liver biochemical indicators, which are not related to liver metastasis;

There is no need to adjust the dosage for weight-bearing elderly patients, patients with moderate to severe liver damage, and patients with creatinine clearance of 10Ml/min.
