Pustular acne on breast

Everyone is very familiar with acne. There are many types of acne, such as pustular acne. In everyone's impression, acne appears on the nose or face, etc. In fact, pustular acne can also appear on the breast. When dealing with it, it is necessary to do a good job of disinfection, otherwise it will easily lead to skin infection. So what is the matter with pustular acne on the breast?

First, what is the cause of pustular acne on the breast? Excessive sweating: Summer is the peak season for chest acne, because the breasts will sweat a lot in the hot summer, and the clothes will be wet with sweat. If the sweaty clothes are not washed in time and stick to the skin for a long time, it is easy to breed bacteria, causing the skin to be infected, providing a breeding ground for acne.

Second, the stratum corneum clogs the pores: The stratum corneum is composed of 5-10 layers of dead flat keratinocytes and is the product of the continuous death and regeneration of epidermal cells. Most people don't exfoliate their chest skin, so the stratum corneum on the chest becomes thicker and thicker, clogging the pores, causing inflammation of the hair follicles and the growth of acne. Endocrine disorders: Endocrine disorders are a major factor causing chest acne. The endocrine system is an important component for regulating human functions and maintaining a relatively stable internal environment. Nowadays, people do not pay attention to diet control and eat too much spicy and irritating food. In addition, irregular work and rest schedules cause dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach, endocrine disorders, and lead to abnormal keratinization of the hair follicles and sebaceous ducts and hyperfunction of the sebaceous glands, resulting in acne.

Third, excessive sebum secretion: The occurrence of acne is closely related to the poor discharge of sebum. The chest, like the face, has relatively developed sebaceous glands. The sebaceous gland is an important gland attached to the skin that secretes sebum, which enters the hair follicles through the ducts and is then discharged to the skin surface through the pores. Excessive sebum secretion will clog the pores and cause acne.

Pustular acne on breast. It hurts a bit when pressed. Generally, it may be related to local infection, such as furuncle. It is recommended to go to a regular tertiary hospital or above for surgical debridement. Disinfect the area with 75% alcohol or iodine. Then apply wet compress with Levnol gauze, or apply erythromycin ointment, etc. It is recommended to pay attention to conditioning in daily life and pay attention to local hygiene.
