What are the body's reactions to cervical cancer?

Cancer is a very scary disease. Once people are diagnosed with cancer, they think their life is about to end. Cervical cancer is a common cancer disease among women. It occurs in women of different ages, among which the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people is relatively large. In the early stages of cancer, the human body will have a variety of different reactions because each person's physical condition is completely different. So how does the body react to cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is a very common tumor worldwide, ranking second among female malignant tumors. It is the most common gynecological tumor. Patients with cervical cancer may have no symptoms in the early stages. Some patients may not even have any abnormal secretions or bleeding, while some may have bleeding. In other words, patients with cervical cancer may have no symptoms at all in the early stages.

Because of this, the country conducts an annual mass cancer prevention survey every year, and some units may conduct it for half a year, because the incidence of cervical cancer is very high and there are no symptoms in the early stages. If there are symptoms, the cervical cancer lesions will erode the body's blood vessels, and the cancer lesions will proliferate, so patients will show an increase in vaginal secretions and abnormal vaginal bleeding.

This type of vaginal bleeding can be bleeding after sexual intercourse, or bleeding between menstruation, or it can be manifested as very heavy menstruation, or the patient may bleed a lot after a gynecological examination. Many patients do not have obvious bleeding after gynecological examination or are postmenopausal. Women after menopause do not have menstruation and vaginal bleeding. Such irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause should be vigilant first, so the first thing is bleeding. Another type of cervical cancer may be complicated by inflammation as the symptoms worsen. There will be a lot of vaginal discharge, and the vaginal discharge will also have an abnormal odor. Therefore, patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding and a lot of cervical discharge should go to the hospital for examination to rule out malignant tumors. If it is inflammation, symptomatic treatment should be given.

If it is a malignant tumor, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are the best options.

Early cervical cancer often presents as contact bleeding; mid- to late-stage cervical cancer presents as irregular vaginal bleeding. The amount of bleeding varies depending on the size of the lesion and the extent of invasion of interstitial blood vessels. If large blood vessels are invaded, massive bleeding may occur. Young patients may also present with prolonged menstruation and increased menstrual flow;

Elderly patients often suffer from irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. Generally, vaginal bleeding symptoms appear earlier in the exogenous type and the amount of bleeding is heavy, while the symptoms appear later in the endogenous type. If the patient is eventually diagnosed with cervical cancer, in order to achieve a better treatment effect, the patient can consider treating cervical cancer through a combination of Chinese and Western medicine.

When surgical treatment is possible, it should be chosen first. During the patient's recovery period, if the patient takes the anti-tumor Chinese medicine ginsenoside RG3 for a long time, it can inhibit the growth of tumor neovascularization and induce apoptosis of tumor cells, which can reduce the recurrence of cervical cancer or prolong the patient's survival. In terms of daily diet, patients should mainly eat a light diet, pay attention to the nutritional value of food, and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods.
