The speed of hair growth is not only related to the growth period, but also affected by other factors such as race, genetics, endocrine system, disease, mental condition, gender, age, season, etc. If you want your hair to grow faster, you can eat more black sesame seeds, black soybeans, kelp, walnuts, etc. in your daily diet to supplement the nutrients needed for hair growth. Long-term deficiency of vitamin A can lead to thinning hair; deficiency of vitamin B2 can cause increased sebum secretion and easy hair loss; deficiency of vitamin B6 can cause abnormal sebum secretion. Oral contraceptives can speed up metabolism and consume more vitamin B6. Diffuse hair loss in some women may be related to this. In addition, vitamin B6 can affect the pigment metabolism process. When it is deficient, the hair can turn gray and grow poorly. When pantothenic acid (also known as vitamin B3) is deficient, the hair can turn white and grow poorly.
