Female pelvic pain

Female pelvic pain

Since the pelvis of women is home to very important reproductive organs, if women experience pelvic pain, they must pay attention to it, because pelvic pain may be a physical symptom caused by serious gynecological diseases. Moreover, long-term pelvic pain will also affect a woman's normal life and work status. So what is the reason for pelvic pain on both sides of female friends?

Long-term pain on both sides of the female pelvis may be caused by the following reasons: 1. It may be caused by long-term sitting. Many women need to sit for a long time due to work reasons, which may cause the muscles on both sides of the pelvis, such as the tensor fasciae latae, to gradually fatigue and spasm, which will cause long-term pain on both sides of the pelvis;

2. It may be caused by long-term pressure. Some women are used to wearing very tight pants or skirts, which squeeze the soft tissue in this area for a long time, which may cause ischemia or aseptic inflammation, leading to long-term pain.

3. It may be caused by osteoporosis. Many women who are on a diet or elderly women may suffer from osteoporosis. Once such a disease occurs, there will be soreness in the hips, pelvis, etc., that is, on both sides of the pelvis;

4. It may also be caused by bad posture. For example, some patients are accustomed to sitting with their legs crossed or have other bad sitting postures. Over time, this may cause spasms in the muscles on both sides of the pelvis and lead to pain.

5. Symptoms of pelvic pain are mostly caused by rheumatic cold joint pain, which is different from rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatic cold joint pain is a condition that affects the joints, not a rheumatic immune disease. It is mainly caused by blood circulation disorders due to environmental stimuli such as cold or humidity, or it may cause arthritic exudative joint diseases. When patients undergo a series of blood tests for rheumatism, there are generally no abnormalities, but they will show symptoms of symmetrical pain in a certain joint. In the classification of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, this belongs to the Bitong syndrome, which generally only manifests as joint pain, soreness, swelling, cold pain, etc., but generally does not affect joint movement. Some patients who are aware of problems affecting joint mobility will show no obvious changes in joint mobility and shape during physical examinations. However, some patients will have symptoms of muscle atrophy, mainly due to lack of activity.
