Patients experience pain and soreness in joints and muscles, numbness and discomfort, and in severe cases fear of wind and cold (worse on rainy days, relieved on sunny days), accompanied by headaches, orbital pain, etc. The affected parts are not red, swollen, or deformed, and patients experience fatigue, insomnia, dreaminess, irritability, etc.;

3. Laboratory examination: ESR, rheumatoid factor, and immunoglobulin are all normal. Some patients may have elevated anti-"O". X-ray examinations are mostly normal, while patients over 40 years old or with long-term illness often have bone hyperplasia.

4. Clinical use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory analgesics and hormone treatments cannot provide relief.
