1. Eat more vegetables. Vegetables are high in fiber, which not only takes more time to chew, but also absorbs water and swells after entering the stomach, which can easily make the stomach feel full.

2. Change the order of eating: Since vegetables will swell when they come into contact with water, it is easy to make the stomach feel full, so mothers can drink soup and eat vegetables first, and then eat rice, noodles and protein.

3. However, since the amount of activity during the day is higher than that at night, the amount consumed at breakfast and lunch is the largest. 5. Choose foods that slow down the rise of blood sugar: If blood sugar rises too quickly, it will stimulate the secretion of insulin, converting blood sugar into fat and storing it in body cells. Generally speaking, foods such as cakes, biscuits, candies, and sugary drinks can cause blood sugar to rise rapidly, while white rice and white bread, compared with brown rice and germ rice, raise blood sugar levels more slowly.

6. Balanced intake of various nutrients: vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, proteins, fats and other nutrients must be consumed, but the amount of vegetables and fruits should account for the largest proportion. Many people lose weight by not eating carbohydrates and only eating protein, but the main function of protein is to repair tissues and allow breastfeeding mothers to provide sufficient milk to their babies. Therefore, not eating carbohydrates will not only fail to provide breast milk, but in the long run it may also lead to ketoacidosis and other consequences that are harmful to health.
