Girls' scalp smells bad

Girls' scalp smells bad

When a girl's scalp becomes very smelly, she will become particularly unconfident and will not be able to find any way to relieve the problem. In fact, she needs to comb her hair before washing it to clean the dirt on the scalp. Otherwise, she will not be able to completely remove the dirt after washing her hair. Over time, her hair will emit some bad smell, which will cause problems in this regard.

Step 1: Comb your hair before washing to loosen dirt and flakes (dead cells) on your scalp.

Step 2

Wet your hair until the bottom layer is as wet as the top layer, pour shampoo into your palms, dilute with water, and work into a lather. Don't pour shampoo directly into your hair, as this will over-irritate your scalp and cause dandruff.

Step 3

Use your fingertips to evenly rub the shampoo into the hair shaft (hair), and gently massage with your fingertips until a thick layer of foam is formed.

Step 4

Rinse hair until thoroughly rinsed. Then, once again, add a teaspoon of shampoo to the water and lather it gently into your scalp, this time cleaning the roots of your hair, and then rinse it off with water.

Step 5

Massage conditioner from scalp to ends of hair, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 6

Because hair is most fragile when wet, if you rub it hard, it will cause it to break or become tangled. Therefore, after washing your hair, it is best to wrap it with a towel to dry it, use a wide-tooth comb to comb all your hair forward, and use a hair dryer to dry it from the roots to the ends to avoid burning it. However, when blow-drying your hair, the hair dryer nozzle should be 15 cm away from the hair, otherwise the hair will be over-dried.

In order to prevent dysmenorrhea or irregular menstruation, the older generation will tell you that it is strictly forbidden to wash your hair, drink cold drinks, eat more foods that promote metabolism, do not lift heavy objects, stay up late, or do strenuous exercise a week before your period, so as to prevent blood clots.

When women are menstruating, their pelvic cavity is in a state of congestion, so relatively less blood flows to other parts of the body, and naturally less blood flows to the head. If the scalp is exposed to cold water at this time, the blood vessels on the scalp will contract, causing the blood to be further reduced and less smooth, leading to poor blood circulation. Therefore, you should pay special attention to keeping your body warm and avoid washing your hair or taking a bath with cold water. If you really need to wash your hair, you should dry it with a hair dryer immediately after washing to avoid catching a cold.
