Generally speaking, when a woman reaches menopause, her periods stop. However, there is a small chance that menstruation may stop. If you don't have your period during menopause, don't worry. What kind of supplements should women take to regulate their menstruation? In fact, different medicinal diets should be selected according to different physical conditions. Several common dietary treatments for irregular menstruation are as follows:

1. Black fungus and red dates tea: 30 grams of black fungus, 20 red dates, cook the black fungus and red dates together and drink the soup. Take once a day, continuously. Function: tonify the middle and replenish qi, nourish blood and stop bleeding. It is mainly used to treat excessive menstrual bleeding due to qi deficiency.

2. Strong tea and brown sugar drink: appropriate amounts of tea leaves and brown sugar. Boil a bowl of strong tea, remove the residue, add brown sugar and drink it after it dissolves. Once a day. Functions: clearing heat and regulating menstruation. Mainly used to treat premature and heavy menstruation.

3. Hawthorn and brown sugar drink: 50 grams of raw hawthorn meat, 40 grams of brown sugar. Boil hawthorn in water, remove the residue, add brown sugar and drink hot. If you are not pregnant, take it more often and your menstrual blood will come naturally. It has the function of promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation, and is mainly used to treat women with menstrual disorders.

4. Fennel wine: 15 grams each of fennel and green peel, 250 grams of rice wine. Wash the fennel and green peel, soak them in the wine for 3 days, then you can drink it. Take 15-30 grams each time, twice a day. If you can’t tolerate alcohol, you can use vinegar instead. Function: Soothe the liver and regulate qi. It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as irregular early menstruation, normal menstrual color, smooth menstruation without clots, and distension and pain in the breasts and lower abdomen.

5. Hawthorn and safflower wine: 30 grams of hawthorn, 15 grams of safflower, and 250 grams of white wine. Soak the above medicines in the wine for 1 week. Take 45 to 30 grams each time, twice a day, depending on your alcohol tolerance, and do not get drunk. Function: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is mainly used to treat scanty menstrual flow, purple and black clots, abdominal pain, and pain relief after the blood clots are discharged. Be careful not to eat raw or cold food and don't get cold.
