Girls have pain for no reason

Women will not experience pain down there for no reason. If it does happen, there must be some pathology. You need to do a detailed examination to know the specific cause of your condition. Generally, you will find that the symptoms of vaginal pain become more severe during sexual intercourse, so you should pay special attention to it. Don't take medicine blindly. Make sure to use it with the doctor's consent.

1. Fungal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis. Fungal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis are the most common causes of vulvar itching. Pubic lice, scabies, and pinworms can also cause itching.

2. The main symptom of vulvar leukoplakia is severe itching, accompanied by whitening of the vulvar skin.

3. Soap, condoms. Soap, condoms, benzalkonium bromide, etc. can cause contact or allergic dermatitis due to direct stimulation or allergy, and symptoms such as vulvar itching may occur.

4. Vaginal secretions, urine stains, sanitary napkins, chemical fiber underwear, etc., not paying attention to the local cleanliness of the vulva, long-term stimulation by sebum, sweat, menstrual blood, vaginal secretions, or urine and feces immersion can cause vulvar itching; sanitary napkins during menstruation and wearing non-breathable chemical fiber underwear at other times can induce itching due to long-term local accumulation of moisture and heat.

5. Warts and herpes

Since there are many reasons for vulvar pain, you cannot blindly use medication to treat it. You must find out the cause as soon as possible and provide targeted treatment. Only in this way can the problem of vulva stinging be completely solved. If you only treat the symptoms, the cause will still exist and the disease will recur.

In fact, vulvar pain is mostly a manifestation of a disease. Once vulvar pain occurs, you should go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible. This may be related to vaginitis. The diagnosis of this disease is not difficult, and patients must seek medical treatment in time.

There are two possible causes of vulvar pain:

1. Fungal vulvitis: 10-20% of normal women may have a small amount of Candida albicans in their vagina, but it does not cause symptoms. It will only cause disease when the body's resistance is reduced and the Candida albicans reaches a considerable amount. Therefore, when the body's cellular immunity is low, such as in patients taking immunosuppressive drugs; when the glycogen content of vaginal epithelial cells increases and the acidity increases, fungi multiply rapidly and cause inflammation. Therefore, it is more common in pregnant women, patients with diabetes and those receiving estrogen treatment.

2. Acute vulvar ulcer: It is mostly caused by vulvitis for various reasons and is generally a manifestation of the vulvitis process.
