Causes

It is a dome-shaped or pointed papule, red in color, about 1-2 mm in diameter, with a small amount of secretion flowing out from the center of the papule. It is obvious when squeezed or the penis is erect, does not gradually grow or enlarge, and generally does not rupture and bleed.
