Does air conditioning have radiation to pregnant women?

In summer, because the weather is hot, many families will use air conditioners. However, frequent use of air conditioners may also cause air conditioning diseases, and setting the indoor temperature too low is not particularly good for the body, especially for pregnant women, who cannot catch a cold. So in summer, they should try to avoid using air conditioners. So, will air conditioners have radiation on pregnant women?

Does the air conditioner have radiation?

1. Theoretically, any object that carries electricity will radiate, the only difference is the strength. The radiation from air conditioners is very small and does not cause any harm to the human body.

2. Radiation refers to the phenomenon that part of the electromagnetic energy emitted by the field source separates from the field source and propagates to distant places, and then returns to the field source. The energy diffuses outward in the form of electromagnetic waves or particles (such as alpha particles, beta particles, etc.). All objects in nature, as long as the temperature is above absolute zero, are constantly transmitting heat to the outside in the form of electromagnetic waves and particles. This way of transmitting energy is called radiation. Radiant energy radiates in a straight line from the radiation source in all directions. The energy released by an object through radiation is called radiation energy. Radiation is measured in roentgens/hour (R). An important characteristic of radiation is that it is "peer". Regardless of the temperature of the object (gas), it will radiate outwards. Object A can radiate to object B, and at the same time, object B can also radiate to object A. This term is generally used for ionizing radiation. Radiation itself is a neutral word, but radiation from certain substances may cause harm.

3. Air conditioning is air conditioner, also known as cold air. It refers to the process of using artificial means to adjust and control the temperature, humidity, cleanliness, speed and other parameters of the ambient air in a building/structure. It generally includes several major parts such as cold source/heat source equipment, cold and hot medium distribution system, terminal device and other auxiliary equipment. It mainly includes water pumps, fans and piping systems. The terminal device is responsible for utilizing the supplied cold and heat to process the air so that the air parameters of the target environment meet the requirements.

1. The temperature difference is too large

As for the winter we are living in now, it is very cold outside but very "spring breeze" inside, which is very pleasant. But it is impossible to stay indoors all the time. Going in and out and changing seasons in an instant will make it difficult for even the healthiest body to adapt, let alone do so frequently.

2. Poor air circulation

Probably no one would turn on the air conditioner and open the window to let in cold air at the same time, right? What's more, the biggest motivation for turning on the air conditioner is to stay indoors for a longer time, rather than just a short stay. Then, you can stay in an environment with doors and windows closed for several hours or even a whole day. Many bacteria also like warm temperatures! How can you not get sick if you live with a large number of bacteria for a long time?

3. The air is too dry

The winter climate is dry and it is easy to get angry. If you use air conditioning, the indoor humidity will be even lower. Do you often feel dry mouth and red and hot cheeks? Getting angry may sound like a small matter, but if you really encounter a red and swollen throat, mouth sores, itchy skin, constipation or even blood in the stool, isn't it also a headache?

Does this mean we can no longer use air conditioners? Of course not. Air conditioners are meant to serve people, but nowadays many people rely too much on them. Especially if there are children or elderly people at home, it is believed that they have weak resistance and cannot withstand severe cold or heat. In fact, the most important thing is to allow them to exert their own regulatory capabilities. So, what are the precautions when using air conditioners?
