When cleaning the affected area, rub it gently and do not peel off the dandruff forcibly to avoid local infection, such as redness, swelling, heat, and pain, which will affect the treatment of perianal eczema in pregnant women and prolong the course of the disease.

1. Pay attention to adjusting your diet, avoid spicy food, avoid eating items that are easy to cause allergies, such as alcohol, seafood and shellfish should be banned, and a light diet is better;

2. Minimize adverse external stimulation, such as scratching, external soap, hot water washing, etc.; clothing should be loose, light and soft, and avoid wearing wool or nylon fabrics; 3. 6. Eczema patients are prone to drug allergies, so when using a new topical medication, you must start with a low concentration and gradually increase the concentration.
