My nipples are sore. Am I pregnant?

The nipple is the most important part of a woman's breast. When menstruation is about to come, the nipple will feel severe swelling and pain. The nipple is a very fragile part and will react when stimulated by the outside world. So feeling pain in the nipple does not necessarily mean pregnancy. To determine whether you are pregnant, you also need to look at other conditions. You can use hot compresses to relieve the swelling and pain of the nipple. The specific method is introduced to you below.

Some female friends have paroxysmal nipple pain, and the pain often starts before menstruation or worsens before menstruation, and may be relieved or disappear after menstruation. The pain is distending or stabbing, and sometimes may involve the armpit or shoulder and back on the same side. If there is mild to moderate tenderness locally, it is considered to be a proliferative lesion. Some female friends also have persistent severe pain in the nipples. Generally speaking, if there is sudden, persistent, and severe pain in the nipple, accompanied by obvious tenderness, if there is such a symptom, it is considered to be various acute infectious diseases of the breast; if there is local throbbing pain, it may be that the local area has become purulent. In fact, this may be nipple cracking caused by the baby sucking and biting the nipple.

Irregular nipple pain is also a relatively common symptom. If the nipple pain is only mild or dull pain, the onset has no obvious regularity, and is only occasional or paroxysmal, and some are continuous, it is often ignored because the pain is not obvious. It should be noted that such nipple pain may also be a signal of early breast malignant disease and should be given sufficient attention. Sometimes, there is no obvious pain in the nipple, but only pain in one armpit or shoulder or back, which may be a malignant lesion. These subtle changes should not be easily ignored.

The nipples will become larger, darker in color, and more prominent. The breasts may even feel tingling, swollen, and itchy. Occasionally, a small amount of sticky, yellowish milk may be squeezed out of the nipples. These are all signs of pregnancy. Breast pain can be treated by wearing a well-fitting bra to provide support.
