1. Drink more water and get more rest

A certain degree of fever (body temperature below 38.5℃) has a protective effect on the body, so if the temperature is below 38.5 degrees, it is best not to rush to take medicine to reduce the fever. At this time, you can choose to rest more and drink more boiled water. Especially sleep, must be sufficient;

Mothers can also treat fever caused by colds by drinking ginger soup. This drink makes the body sweat, thus curing the cold. Secondly, you can consider taking a warm bath to lower your body temperature.

If a breastfeeding mother has a cold and a fever over 38 degrees, she should not breastfeed her baby. 2. Eat more liquid food

Glutinous rice and green onion porridge:

After washing 100 grams of glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge. When it is almost cooked, add a few scallions and cook until cooked. Eat on an empty stomach.
