How to avoid the recurrence of candidal vaginitis:

1. Change your underwear frequently.

2. Used basins, towels, changed underwear and other items should be washed with boiling water.

3. It is best to use running water to clean the vulva, which will clean it more thoroughly. Never use a foot basin to wash the vulva.

4. It is best to use up the sanitary napkin after opening the package. If you cannot use it up, you should dry it in the sun before the next use.
