Why is my uterus bleeding?

Women are very troubled if they suffer from gynecological diseases, because many gynecological diseases cause great damage to the female body. In particular, problems with the uterus have always been a focus of concern for women. If there is a problem with the uterus, it will have a great impact on women's fertility and may even lead to infertility. Some women find that they have persistent uterine bleeding. So, what is the reason for continuous uterine bleeding?

1. What is the reason for continuous uterine bleeding?

What people call uterine bleeding generally refers to functional uterine bleeding, which is mostly caused by endocrine disorders. Of course, there are also disease factors (such as luteal insufficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.). Once you encounter uterine bleeding, everyone hopes that they can recover through conventional drug treatment. The treatment of uterine bleeding usually has two steps, one is to stop bleeding, and the other is to use medicine. If these two steps of treatment do not produce significant results, then it is recommended that you have surgery as soon as possible to avoid delaying the condition.

2. Causes of bleeding during sexual intercourse

Under normal circumstances, there should be no bleeding during sexual intercourse, so bleeding after sexual intercourse usually has certain reasons. If bleeding during sexual intercourse occurs, do not take it lightly. Go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible to diagnose whether it is due to a gynecological disease, and then receive targeted treatment.

1. The urethra and vagina are close to each other. When the urethra is inflamed, it is easy to be squeezed and injured during sexual intercourse, causing bleeding.

2. The urethral caruncle that grows at the female urethral opening is brittle and soft in texture, and the slightest touch during sexual intercourse can cause bleeding.

3. Cervical erosion: due to the exfoliation of the epithelium around the external os of the cervix, the fragile subcutaneous tissue is exposed to form an erosion surface, which is then impacted by the penis during sexual intercourse and causes bleeding.

4. Due to the infiltration of cancer cells, cervical cancer makes the tissue fragile and often causes contact bleeding during sexual intercourse.

5. Vaginitis: due to the massive shedding of the vaginal epithelium and congestion of the vaginal mucosa, the friction of the penis in the vagina during sexual intercourse causes damage, rupture and bleeding of the vaginal mucosa.
