How to control weight when a fat woman is pregnant

Many overweight women are more concerned about their health during pregnancy, because they have to take a lot of nutritional supplements during pregnancy, but taking nutritional supplements will make them fatter. However, the goal of controlling weight can be achieved through certain methods, such as eating vegetables as fruits, having regular meals, using lemon as a seasoning, or eating more beans, sweet potatoes and other foods.

1. Eat vegetables as fruits

Fruits contain a lot of sugar, which can easily make you fat and may cause gestational diabetes.

You might as well eat some vegetables that taste good as fruits, or mix them with fruits. For example, mix orange and cucumber to make orange and cucumber salad; or blend carrot and apple to make juice. Of course, you can also eat tomatoes, cherry radishes, etc. as fruits, or drink cucumber juice instead of fruit juice, which is both nutritious and can fatten the fetus without making you fat.

2. Three meals a day must be regular

It is best to eat three meals on time. Don't get up very late and eat breakfast late, or not eat enough for lunch, which leads to eating a lot for dinner. This will make you fat easily.

3. Use lemon as a flavoring

Some seasonings added to make food more delicious can also make you fat, so why not try making your own salad dressing? You can try mixing it with a little olive oil, lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs and a little ground black pepper and sea salt, as lemon already has a strong sour taste. It can make food tasty without too much other seasoning and can reduce the amount of oil and salt used. In addition to making salads, this sauce can also be spread on salmon or other fish as a marinade, and then fried or grilled with less oil, and the taste is also great. You can also soak lemon slices in mineral water to replace carbonated drinks in the summer. It is very refreshing and good for health.

4. Use beans, corn, sweet potatoes, etc. as staple food

Adjust the structure of staple food, eat less refined rice and white flour, and appropriately add beans and whole grains to the staple food, such as steaming a bowl of whole grain rice. Alternatively, you can use sweet potatoes, corn, and taro as your staple food. This will help you absorb more dietary fiber, promote intestinal peristalsis, relieve constipation that often occurs during pregnancy, and is also a good way to maintain a slow weight gain.
