What's wrong with a little blood in a woman's lower body?

In life, some women may have a little blood below. If this is not the menstrual period, it can be called vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding is also divided into two types, namely physiological and pathological. Physiological bleeding will not threaten the patient's health, but pathological bleeding will cause great harm to the body and needs to be controlled and treated in time. So what is the matter with a little blood below?

First, what's going on with the little blood down there? Ovulation bleeding: Between two menstrual periods, some women experience a small amount of bleeding, which may be accompanied by mild abdominal pain. Cervical polyp: The root of the polyp is attached to the cervical opening or the cervical canal. It looks like a tongue, is bright red in color, and has a thin and long stalk that is prone to bleeding.

Second, acute vaginitis: Scattered bleeding spots or strawberry-shaped protrusions can be seen on the vaginal wall of Trichomonas vaginitis, so vaginitis bleeding is more likely to occur, especially when there is external force or stimulation. The vaginal wall of candidal vaginitis is eroded or superficial ulcerated, which can also easily cause vaginitis bleeding.

Third, the leucorrhea has always been normal, but when having sex in the middle stage of the menstrual cycle, the leucorrhea will contain blood. This is normal, which is also called ovulation bleeding. However, if the leucorrhea is accompanied by blood, vaginal itching, lower abdominal distension and discomfort, persistent vaginal bleeding and a large amount of bleeding, you should be careful and be alert to the possibility of malignant tumors such as cervical cancer and endometrial cancer. At the same time, benign diseases such as cervical polyps, cervical erosion, submucosal myoma, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and senile vaginitis may also cause blood in the leucorrhea. It is recommended that women should undergo regular gynecological examinations, including routine leucorrhea examinations and cervical examinations.

What's going on if women have a little blood below? Cervical erosion: In severe cervical erosion, the leucorrhea will contain blood, and sometimes contact bleeding and irregular vaginal bleeding will occur after sexual intercourse. Uterine diseases: Endometriosis, submucous uterine fibroids, cervical cancer, and endometrial cancer may all cause leucorrhea. Others: Senile vaginitis or intrauterine contraceptive ring may cause some blood in the leucorrhea.
