This disease does not have particularly obvious clinical manifestations, and some common symptoms include lower abdominal pain, fever, and increased vaginal discharge. Some abdominal pain is persistent, while others get worse after sexual intercourse. If you sometimes experience symptoms such as fever, high heat, and headache, you usually have this disease. However, these vary from person to person, and some patients do not all have the same symptoms.

This disease does not require surgery and is generally treated with medication. Patients with mild symptoms are usually given oral antibiotics. Some can be given oral or intramuscular antibiotics in outpatient clinics. This treatment method is generally very good. However, some patients with more serious conditions cannot be treated in this way and still need surgical treatment because the effect of antibiotics is not ideal. In addition, these patients usually have cysts and the like, so surgery is mainly to remove the lesions.

Fallopian tube inflammation is divided into acute and chronic. Chronic cases can usually be cured by self-treatment, but acute cases usually require surgery, which can reduce the patient's pain. We should adopt more symptomatic treatments, such as rest, enhanced nutrition, and supplemented by physical therapy.

What are the causes of fallopian tube inflammation?

First, sexual life during special periods. In some special periods, if women do not pay attention to comprehensive care and health care for themselves, it will easily lead to the onset of salpingitis. The most common time for infection to occur is after childbirth, miscarriage or menstruation. Damage to the birth canal and placental detachment surface caused during delivery or abortion, or wounds caused by endometrial exfoliation during menstruation, are all ways for pathogens to infect the internal reproductive organs.

Second, inflammation spreads to adjacent organs. Inflammation of the tissues or organs around the fallopian tubes is likely to affect the fallopian tubes and cause inflammation of the fallopian tubes. Retrograde infections such as cervicitis and endometritis are very likely to affect the fallopian tubes. Or appendicitis, colon diverticulitis, etc. can spread to the fallopian tubes through direct contact, causing inflammation, and ultimately leading to tubal infertility in women.
