Hypertension, high blood lipids, and high blood sugar are common diseases in life and can lead to various cardiovascular diseases, so they must be treated in a timely manner. The diet structure should be reasonable, eat more vegetables and fruits, increase exercise, drink more water, and do not have the habit of drinking and smoking.
