How to make menstruation come faster

How to make menstruation come faster

Menstrual health has always been an issue of concern to everyone, but because of some uncertain factors, we need to use some methods to promote rapid menstruation. If you want menstruation to come faster, you can use some methods to advance menstruation, but it is very harmful to the body and may cause menstrual instability. Therefore, if you want menstruation to come quickly, it is recommended that you consider it with caution.

How to bring your period forward

Women's health, birth control pills, progesterone

There are two methods to bring forward menstruation: mild and rapid. The mild method is to take a low dose of progesterone one month before menstruation to prevent menstruation, and then stop taking the medicine 7 days after the menstruation is expected. Then you can plan your menstruation to come on that day. The rapid method refers to supplementing a large amount of progesterone at one time, which is to give the so-called menstruation-inducing injection, so that the endometrium thickens and sheds early. Menstruation will come 3 or 4 days after the injection, and it should be given 7 to 10 days before the expected menstruation. If menstruation still does not come after the menstruation-inducing injection, it may be that the progesterone supplement is not enough, or you are pregnant.

For those who have regular menstruation, you can start taking oral contraceptive pills for visiting relatives 3-5 days before your period, one pill every night, and take it continuously until the end of the activity. Your period will come 3-5 days after stopping the pills.

Take "21+7" short-acting contraceptive pills 7 days before your period. If you take the pills every day, you won't have your period and it can also prevent pregnancy. You can stop taking the pills when you want your period.

Some women are eager to have their period come early. For this, a quick method can be adopted, which is to supplement a large amount of progesterone at one time to thicken the endometrium and shed it early, so as to make the menstruation come early. However, this method is very harmful to women's bodies and is generally not recommended.

Finally, a warm reminder: we all know how to bring forward menstruation. Generally speaking, the methods introduced above are quite effective, but sometimes they may harm your body. Therefore, we cannot follow them blindly but must treat them rationally.

cycle

Every woman's cycle is different, and anything from 21 to 35 days is considered normal. The key is whether it is on time. Having sex regularly (e.g. once a week) can help sort out your hormones and go a long way toward regularizing your periods.

Health

The amount of blood a woman loses during menstruation should be within 85 grams and last for 3 to 7 days. The heaviest bleeding occurs within the first 3 days (accounting for 90% of the total blood loss).

Blood clots

What are the blood clots discharged during menstruation? The doctor's explanation is: if menstrual blood is blocked in the same area and not discharged in time, blood clots will form after 5 to 10 minutes of accumulation. Blood clots usually occur in the morning when you first wake up or after sitting for a long time.

Menstrual blood color: Normal menstrual blood is dark red, viscous and free of clots. If the menstrual blood is as thin as water, pink, black or purple, or is completely blood clots, it is abnormal and you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Menstrual period: Women's menstrual period is about 3-7 days. The heaviest bleeding is concentrated in the first 3 days, and then gradually decreases until the menstrual blood stops. For some people, menstrual blood comes back a little after a day or two after the menstrual blood stops, which is commonly known as "menstrual blood comes back". This is also a normal phenomenon. However, some people's menstrual period lasts for 10-20 days, and the menstrual period is endless; some people's menstrual period is very short and it just passes in a flash. Both of these phenomena are abnormal.
