Is it normal to have your period four days early?

Early and late menstruation are both manifestations of irregular menstruation and need to attract girls' attention. Girls may not be very clear about the duration of menstruation. Generally speaking, girls' menstruation lasts about seven days, with an interval of 28 days. Everyone's physical constitution is different, so it may be normal for menstruation to be early or late, but it should not exceed one week. So, is it normal for your period to come four days early?

1. Menstruation comes 5 days early

With the increasing work pressure and the accelerated pace of life, many modern women have irregular menstruation, and early menstruation is one of the major phenomena. Will there be any adverse effects if menstruation comes 5 days earlier? In fact, early menstruation is caused by many reasons, so is irregular menstruation. It is difficult for us to diagnose one of the reasons, but in fact, there is a reasonable period for early or delayed menstruation. As long as it does not exceed this period for a long time, it is normal for menstruation to be a few days early. Menstruation 5 days early is considered within the normal range, but we need to discuss the reasons that cause menstruation 5 days early and see how to restore menstruation to normal.

2. Menstruation half a month earlier

Menstruation half a month in advance means that a woman's menstruation comes about half a month earlier every month, or even twice a month, which is also called advanced menstruation. People with weak qi and blood usually have a large amount of blood with light red color, clear and thin texture, mental fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitations, a feeling of emptiness in the lower abdomen, dull complexion, pale tongue, and weak pulse. With the development and progress of society, people are becoming busier and busier. Many people do not have time to rest properly because of work or other reasons. Various reasons lead to women's menstruation coming half a month earlier.

3. How to bring forward menstruation

If women need to have their period come earlier, we recommend that they take the following measures:

1. Take progesterone. Women can take a low dose of progesterone one month before their period to prevent their period, and then stop taking the medicine seven days before their period. They can then plan their period to come on that day. Using this method to bring forward menstruation will cause less harm to the female body, and low doses of luteinizing hormone will not cause too much damage to the ovaries. The disadvantage is that it requires early preparation.

2. Methods to bring forward menstruation can be divided into mild and rapid types. The mild type is to take a low dose of progesterone one month before menstruation to prevent menstruation, and then stop taking the medicine 7 days after the expected menstruation, so that the menstruation can be planned to come on that day. The rapid type refers to supplementing a large amount of progesterone at one time, that is, administering the so-called menstruation-inducing injection, which makes the endometrium thicken and shed in advance. Menstruation will come 3 or 4 days after the injection, and it should be administered 7 to 10 days before the expected menstruation. If menstruation still does not come after the injection, it may be that the progesterone supplement is not enough, or you are pregnant, or you may have other diseases.
