Small pimples on lower body

People pay a lot of attention to their body structure and can easily find any small problems. Especially for some important parts, we pay more attention to any problems that arise there. Some people find small bumps on their genitals and they will worry that there is a problem there. However, many times the problems in the genitals are caused by pseudo-condyloma, or some skin infections or even eczema. But no matter what kind of problems appear on the genitals, they should be solved in time to avoid worsening of the problem. So what should you do in such a situation?

What causes small bumps on female vulva?

1. Pseudo-condyloma

This symptom is caused by general vaginal inflammation and excessive leucorrhea, and is called pseudo-condyloma. Pseudo-condyloma is a type of disease that presents as velvety or caviar-like protrusions on the inner side of the labia minora. These may be pink or slightly transparent and are of relatively uniform size. There are no subjective symptoms and no treatment is required.

2. Genital warts

There are other possibilities for small bumps on the vulva: one is genital warts caused by human papillomavirus infection. This disease is mainly caused by unclean sexual life and is a sexually transmitted disease. Currently in the clinical practice of the Department of Urology and Venereology, it is found that the symptoms of pimples on the female vulva are basically caused by infection with genital warts. Therefore, when women find pimples on their vulva, they should pay attention to it and seek timely diagnosis and treatment.

3. Vestibular gland cyst

Small bumps on the vulva may be Bartholin's gland cysts. The exit of the Bartholin's gland is located on the inner side of the labia minora, and bacteria can easily invade and cause inflammation. Generally, bacteria first invade the epithelium of the Bartholin's gland ducts, causing the mucosa to swell, or adhesions to form after the tissue at the opening of the duct is destroyed, causing the opening of the duct to be blocked, and the secretions cannot be discharged, thus forming a Bartholin's gland cyst. It is often unilateral and of varying sizes.

4. Vulvitis

Another possible reason for small bumps on the vulva is vulvitis: this is caused by vaginitis caused by bacteria, mold, Trichomonas, etc., which stimulate the skin of the vulva through leucorrhea. In daily life, the vulva is easily contaminated with urine, feces, and leucorrhea, so that the vulva skin is often in a humid environment, which is suitable for bacterial growth. At this time, if the vulvar skin is abraded, or if hygiene is not paid attention to, or the body's resistance is reduced, the hair follicles and surrounding tissues will be infected by staphylococci and other bacteria, which will cause local vulvitis and vulvar eczema.

It is very important to do daily prevention:

Choose underwear

Do not choose underwear that is too tight or too small. Too tight underwear has poor breathability. Frequent friction and contact between female private parts may cause bacteria to infect each other in the vagina, urethra and vulva. It is recommended to choose cotton underwear of the right size. For the same reason, female friends should also wear less tight pants and thongs.

Toilet cleaning

Wipe dry and clean immediately after urinating. The residual urine will make the vulva very moist, providing a breeding ground for bacteria.

Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation

During menstruation, women's resistance is weakened, and the pelvis is congested and blood flow is slow. Women's vaginal secretions mixed with menstrual blood become a good bacterial culture medium. At the same time, the endometrium is shed, there are wounds in the uterus, and the cervix is slightly open. Sexual intercourse can easily bring in bacteria and cause inflammation of the reproductive organs.
