1. Guanyuan Location: 3 inches below the navel. On the midline of the abdomen. Liver acupoints: Location: 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra. Acupoint location based on experience: The distance between the two spinous processes directly below the Geshu point. Indications: Skin pigmentation and blood circulation disorders, rib pain, jaundice, red eyes, back pain, dizziness, etc. 3. Eagle Window: Location: Third intercostal space on the anterior chest, 4 inches lateral to the midline. Indications: cough, asthma, chest and rib pain, breast pain, etc. Operation: Use moxibustion instrument or moxa on the above acupoints. Moxibustion time: 15-30 minutes/time, once a day or every other day, 10 times as a course of treatment.
1. People who are on an empty stomach, overfull, drunk, extremely tired, or have any hot, red, or swollen diseases should avoid moxibustion to prevent dizziness. 2. Avoid direct moxibustion on exposed parts, such as the face, to prevent the formation of scars and affect the appearance. 3. Avoid direct moxibustion on joints. 4. Avoid moxibustion on large blood vessels, heart area, and eyeballs. 5. Women should avoid moxibustion during menstruation.

The same goes for the left breast. 3. Use both hands to gently pat the right breast upwards 30 times. The same goes for the left breast. 4. Then use the base of your hands to make a circle and gently press the right breast. Repeat the action 30 times. The same goes for the left breast. 5. Put your hands together and gently push from the outside of the breasts to the center. Repeat 20 times. 6. Put your hands together and gently lift your breasts under your breasts. Repeat 20 times. 7.
