Taboos for women drinking red wine

Taboos for women drinking red wine

In life, many people like to drink red wine, and red wine has become an indispensable substance in high-end life. Many high-end social occasions will choose red wine as the main drink. Drinking red wine, such as pure water, regularly has many benefits to the body. Especially for women, drinking red wine regularly can prevent arteriosclerosis and beautify the skin. So what are the taboos for women drinking red wine?

(1) The healthy amount of wine a woman can drink is two glasses a day (Western men can drink three or four glasses), while women are limited to one glass a day. The so-called glass refers to a 142 ml wine glass. Children are still in the growth and development period, so it is not suitable for them to drink alcohol. Even soft wine can have an adverse effect on children's growth and development.

(2) Patients with cardiovascular and liver diseases should avoid drinking wine. Excessive drinking is an important cause of liver cancer and cirrhosis.

(3) Patients with diabetes or hypertension should drink less than the standard amount.

(4) Do not drink wine and smoke at the same time. When smoking, the carcinogens in the smoke are deposited on the surface of the nose, throat, trachea and lungs in the form of tar (nicotine). When drinking alcohol at the same time, the alcohol in the wine is an organic solvent for tar. The dissolved tar quickly passes through the human mucous membrane and diffuses into the human body, causing poisoning. Moreover, the toxic substances in tobacco will affect liver function, making it impossible for the liver to metabolize alcohol in time, thus aggravating alcohol poisoning. So people should never smoke when drinking.

(5) You should not drink other types of wine, such as white wine or yellow wine, at the same time as wine made from different ingredients and brewed using different methods. This is because mixing wines together can more easily damage the brain and nervous system.

(6) People who drink wine regularly should never forget to drink water. The amount of water you drink every day should be between 1 and 1.5 liters. Drinking enough water can make it easier for the body to absorb the nutrients in wine.

(7) It is not advisable to brush your teeth immediately after drinking wine. Long-term consumption of red wine can cause spots on teeth, and white wine is more likely to attack tooth enamel and cause tooth sensitivity than red wine. So remember to brush your teeth. But brushing your teeth right after drinking can cause more enamel loss and make the situation worse. Therefore, if you brush your teeth, you should wait 30 minutes after drinking to allow the enamel to recover from the erosion of acidic substances and avoid loss.

(8) Do not add carbonated drinks to wine. This will allow alcohol to enter the human brain quickly, causing great harm to the body.
