What causes chest nodules?

1. Environmental and genetic factors

2. Emotional instability

3. Endocrine disorders

4. Other factors

Symptoms of breast nodules

1. Generally, the breasts will experience periodic pain when you wake up in the morning. At the beginning, it is bloating and pain, and the pain is usually concentrated on the upper outer side and upper middle part of the breast. The pain is more severe before each menstrual period, and disappears when the menstrual period ends. In severe cases, the pain will persist before and after menstruation. Sometimes the pain spreads to the armpits, shoulders, back, upper limbs, etc.

2. Breast lumps. I gently touched the breast and found a lump. The lump was hard and the surface was grainy and not smooth.

3. There is discharge from the nipple. Some patients may experience nipple discharge, which is clear, colorless and serous. If the liquid is yellow with blood and the amount is large, it is probably pathological and you should go to the hospital for diagnosis.

4. Some patients may also experience systemic symptoms such as bitter and bloated mouth, chest tightness, and anorexia.
