Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly lift your left foot and bend your knee, hold both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing down, and massage the inner thigh muscles vigorously along the direction from the inner knee to the buttocks. Do the same with the other foot.

Action 4: Massage the front of the thigh

Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly bend your left knee, grab both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing down, and vigorously massage the front thigh muscles along the direction from above the knee to the base of the thigh. Do the same massage on the inner and outer thighs, and do the same with the other foot.

Action 1: Massage both sides of the knees upwards

Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly bend your left knee, grab both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing down, and massage vigorously along the outside of the knee to the thigh. Massage the inside of your knee in the same way, and do the same with your other foot.

Action 2: Massage below the knee

Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly bend your left knee, grab both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing down, and massage the excess fat upwards from below the knee to above. Do the same with the other foot.

Action 3: Massage above the knee

Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly bend your left knee, hold both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing down, and massage the inner thighs vigorously along the direction from the inner knees to the buttocks. Do the same with the other foot.

Action 4: Massage the inner knee

Sit on the floor, straighten your right leg, slightly bend your left knee, grab both ends of the wooden stick with your palms facing up, clamp the stick with the inner knee of your left foot, and vigorously massage the stiff part of the inner knee. Do the same with the other foot.
