Is it easy to cure an unruptured follicle?

If the follicle does not rupture, pregnancy cannot occur. In fact, today's medicine is highly developed, and unruptured follicles are not a difficult or complicated disease. Generally speaking, if this happens, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination and then receive symptomatic treatment based on the actual situation. For example, treatment can be carried out through egg stimulation, ovulation monitoring, ovulation injections, etc. If female friends encounter such problems, don’t worry too much. Relax and believe that modern medical technology can help you gain the health you want.

What to do if the follicle does not rupture

To treat the disease of unruptured ovarian follicles, first of all, its diagnosis must exclude various factors causing infertility, directly observe under laparoscopy or take peritoneal fluid to measure hormone levels, or use B-type ultrasound to observe follicular development and ovulation. At the same time, its treatment is also relatively difficult. Currently, the method of inducing ovulation with human menopausal gonadotropin and chorionic gonadotropin has achieved certain therapeutic effects. Moreover, since this disease is also related to mental factors, the patient's mental treatment cannot be ignored. The current common treatment methods mainly include the following aspects:

1. Use B-ultrasound to monitor ovulation. After taking ovulation-inducing drugs or during the natural cycle, it is best to use B-ultrasound to detect ovulation. At the same time, ultrasound monitoring can also clearly observe the thickness and morphology of the endometrium, which has a certain role in predicting pregnancy.

2. Ovulation induction treatment. There are many types of ovulation-inducing drugs, which produce their effects through different mechanisms. These drugs should be used with caution and under the guidance of an endocrinologist. If used improperly, not only will they fail to achieve the therapeutic effect, they may sometimes lead to multiple pregnancies, miscarriages, and even ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.

3. Take the ovulation injection. For patients who have dominant follicles but cannot ovulate naturally, HCG can be injected intramuscularly when the follicles reach dominant position to promote ovulation, and then intercourse can be performed under the guidance of a doctor.

Causes of ovarian follicle failure

Ovulation is a very complex physiological process. All links in the reproductive endocrine axis must remain normal, otherwise it will cause long-term or temporary anovulation. In particular, the hormonal environment of the mature follicle itself is very important for ovulation. If the ratio of estrogen to androgen in the follicular fluid is unbalanced, the follicle may become atretic. It is now clear that in amenorrhea, anovulation is caused by hyperprolactinemia, confirming that prolactin plays an important role in ovulation. Serum secretin levels will increase when you are in a state of tension and stress.

Infertile women can be said to be in a state of long-term tension, because they have to measure their basal body temperature every day and choose the time to have sex every month. The fear of not getting pregnant and the outside world's contempt and ridicule will invisibly give them a lot of mental pressure, which may cause high prolactin without ovulation. In addition, the level of prostaglandins in the follicles and the action of proteases are also very important. If their levels are insufficient, it will also cause anovulation.

In short, there are still many unknowns about the etiology and pathogenesis of this syndrome, and in-depth research on the ovulation mechanism of human eggs and their development and maturation is needed. If it is possible to prevent artificial follicles from rupturing in normal people, then it would be possible to find a contraceptive method that most closely approximates the physiological state.
