1. Maintain a good mood

A good mental state plays a great role in improving the quality of women's ovarian follicles. If women experience mood swings or excessive tension, it will cause endocrine disorders in the body. Endocrine disorders can affect the absorption of ovulation-stimulating drugs and cause uneven growth of antral follicles, thereby affecting the ovulation-stimulating effect and reducing the egg retrieval rate. Therefore, you need to maintain a good mood during ovulation induction.

2. Supplement high protein appropriately

For women in the ovulation promotion stage, they can eat more high-protein foods every day. Protein helps the development of follicles. It will also be very helpful in improving the quality of follicles. Foods rich in protein include milk, eggs, soybeans, fish, shrimp, etc.

3. Reasonable work and rest time

During the ovulation induction stage, you must arrange your work and rest time reasonably, do not stay up late, and ensure sufficient sleep time every day. Staying up late can cause endocrine disorders and affect the growth and development of follicles. Women who often stay up late need to adjust their work and rest schedules before starting IVF. You can drink a glass of milk or listen to light music before going to bed to help you sleep.

4. The timing and dosage of ovulation-stimulating drugs should be accurate

The use of ovulation-stimulating drugs should be carried out under the guidance of a doctor and not used blindly to avoid side effects caused by incorrect drug dosage. Generally, it starts with a small dose, and then the dose and duration of medication are adjusted according to the response of the ovaries and hormone levels.

5. Eat more soy products

Drinking a cup of soy milk every day can adjust the endocrine system and keep the menstrual cycle normal. If you stick to it for a month, you can significantly improve your mentality and physical fitness. Foods such as red dates, figs, cooked rehmannia, and yam can make women's complexion rosy and their menstruation regular. They can also improve the quality of eggs and maintain good fertility.
