Breast lumps (pimples) are usually caused by lesions such as breast hyperplasia. Generally speaking, if the breast lump is inflamed, it is often accompanied by severe pain, and the local area of the lump is also accompanied by obvious inflammatory reaction symptoms such as redness, swelling, heat and pain. Some lumps may even rupture with pus. After anti-inflammatory treatment and local drainage, the inflammation can subside and the lump can disappear. However, these methods need to be performed in the hospital under strict medical and health conditions. In addition, some women often have premenstrual breast pain. After menstruation, the pain may be relieved and the lumps may also shrink. The lumps are often multiple, soft or tough, and may be mild to moderate tenderness locally. After symptomatic drug treatment, there may be varying degrees of improvement. Of course, to be on the safe side, it is recommended that you go to the hospital as soon as possible for relevant examinations and screening if you find a lump. Once you find a lump or swelling and pain in your breast, don't panic. You can observe it for a few days. If tenderness or obvious lumps occur, you need to go to a regular hospital for relevant examinations in time. Breast pain is partly due to the stimulation of the mammary glands by estrogen and progesterone, which causes breast swelling. Sometimes there will be nipple pain and transparent secretions. This situation usually occurs before menstruation and disappears after the end of menstruation. Some people experience irregular swelling and pain in the breast. This type of breast pain does not necessarily mean a breast tumor. Even if a lump can be felt in the breast, it does not necessarily mean breast cancer. Generally, breast lumps will form in these situations; Breast fibrocystic: This is the most common benign breast tumor, mostly occurring in women over 30 years old, often bilateral breasts and multiple, with swelling and tenderness, and premenstrual symptoms will be more severe. Breast fibroadenoma: It is common in women around 20 years old. A lump can be felt in the breast, but there is no tenderness. Enlarged milk ducts: This condition is often seen in women around 40 years old, and the nipples on both sides will secrete some sticky liquid. The patient will have a burning sensation and a dull pain in the areola area, and upon palpation, curved and swollen milk ducts will be found under the areola. The most common one is breast hyperplasia, so patients with breast hyperplasia are advised to maintain a regular life, adjust their mentality, relax, and exercise regularly, but do not let themselves get too tired. Keep breasts clean, wash them frequently with warm water, and pay attention to changes in breast lumps. You can often eat foods that have the effect of promoting qi and dispersing stagnation, such as kelp, oranges, orange cakes, oysters, etc., and avoid eating raw, cold, spicy and irritating foods. Patients with breast hyperplasia over the age of 40 should go to the hospital for a specialist examination once a year, and if necessary, undergo B-ultrasound, infrared breast radiography or molybdenum target photography. |
